Breakfast was great. Problem wass due to the influx of breakfast guest food was not up to standard as it run out and just got a few of the items on menu.

- food is delicious at the hotel restaurant - i like that the buffet breakfast has a lot of options, and breakfast time is until 11 am - location is very accessible and just near SM city Iloilo and other restaurants and transportation terminals - staff is helpful and polite (though i noticed they’re a bit understaffed when we were there probably due to holiday season) - not really an issue for me but front desk informed us that that our room is beside an area where restaurants and bars, so at night it tends to be noisy due to performing bands (if you're particular with quiet room area before midnight, good to request a room far from this side)

Nice accommodation, great choice of food. Perfect located 1 minute walking from the SM mall, 5 minute taxi from MO2 bar, a great place to spend a night out. Specially on weekends when there's a nice live band.

Good location close to Mall and a refreshing 10 minute walk to Smallville. Our room was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was different every day.

We arrived at 12nn in the hotel and checked in. The reception did not have any issues of our early check in and in 5 minutes we were given our key card. The checkin process was smooth and fast. We were immediately assisted by the doorman when we alighted our car. The room was big and clean. The smell of the room was also good it smelled like fresh linens. The only drawback was the tiled floor. It released moisture when the aircon was cold. There is a pool in the roofdeck which was great since we travelled with my 3 year old daughter. The drinks were good I ordered cosmopolitan and it was one of the best cosmopolitan I had. We ordered food from the menu but it was not not great. It was not crispy but the serving was big. We didn't finish it because it didn't taste good. The buffet breakfast was great. There were a lot of options and bacon was refilled immediately. The location is very convenient, just a few steps away from SM iloilo all types of transportation is available. Overall, Zuri is the best hotel by far. We go to iloilo almost twice a year and I'm glad that I picked Zuri this time.
